About the XROS Mini Retro

The Vaporesso XROS Mini Retro is a small, lightweight pod vape kit from Vaporesso’s XROS range. It has a flat, pen-style body measuring 98.9 x 23.7 x 13.7mm and a built-in 1000mAh battery.

There are no buttons or settings. The device switches on automatically when you inhale and delivers up to 18W, set to suit the 0.6Ω pod. Four LED lights on the front show the remaining battery level. When the battery is low, recharge it through the USB-C port (5V/1A).

The pod

The kit includes one 2ml XROS Series 0.6Ω mesh pod, which uses Vaporesso’s COREX 3.0 coil. The pod is filled from the top: remove the mouthpiece, fill, and replace it. The pod uses Vaporesso’s SSS 2.0 sealed design to reduce leaking.

The airflow is fixed. With the 0.6Ω pod, the draw is a looser mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw. Mouth-to-lung means you draw vapour into your mouth first, then inhale.

Pod compatibility

The XROS Mini Retro is compatible with 4 Vaporesso XROS pod resistances. You can change the pod to change how the device vapes, without changing the device.

• 0.6Ω (included): the warmest and loosest draw of the four, with the most vapour. Suits nic salt and 50/50 e-liquids.
• 0.8Ω: a slightly tighter draw with a little less vapour.
• 1.0Ω and 1.2Ω: the tightest mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw, closer to a cigarette, with less vapour. Suits higher-strength nic salts.

Older and newer versions of these pods (including COREX 2.0 and COREX 3.0) fit, as long as the resistance is 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω, 1.0Ω or 1.2Ω. The 0.4Ω XROS pod is not compatible.
