About Our High PG E-Liquids

Our high PG e-liquids are the iBreathe Premium E-Liquid range: 10ml bottles of 70PG/30VG freebase e-liquid in 6mg, 12mg and 18mg nicotine strengths. The range covers 46 flavours, including tobacco, menthol, fruit, ice and sweet blends.

Every flavour is £4.95 per 10ml bottle, or any 3 for £12. You can mix any three bottles from the range.

What Is High PG E-Liquid?

E-liquid is made from two base liquids: propylene glycol (PG) and vegetable glycerine (VG). A high PG e-liquid contains more PG than VG. Ours is 70% PG and 30% VG.

Compared with a standard 50/50 e-liquid, a 70/30 blend is thinner, carries flavour clearly, gives a more noticeable throat hit and produces smaller vapour clouds. The thinner liquid also soaks into the small coils used in starter kits and pen-style devices quickly.

What Is Freebase E-Liquid?

Freebase nicotine is the form of nicotine used in traditional e-liquids. Nic salts use a different form of nicotine that feels smoother at the same strength. Freebase gives a sharper throat hit, which is why many mouth-to-lung vapers prefer it.

High PG describes the PG/VG ratio, and freebase describes the type of nicotine. Our iBreathe Premium range is both: a 70/30 high PG blend made with freebase nicotine.

Which Devices Suit High PG E-Liquid?

• Mouth-to-lung (MTL) devices: where vapour is drawn into the mouth first, then inhaled.
• Starter vape kits and pen-style devices: designed for thinner e-liquids.
• Refillable pod kits with higher-resistance coils, typically 1.0 ohm and above.

High PG e-liquid is not suited to sub-ohm tanks or high-power devices, which are designed for thicker, high VG e-liquids.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is high PG e-liquid the same as freebase e-liquid?

Not exactly. High PG refers to the PG/VG ratio, and freebase refers to the type of nicotine. Our iBreathe Premium range is both: 70PG/30VG with freebase nicotine.

What is the difference between high PG and 50/50 e-liquid?

A 70/30 high PG e-liquid is thinner than a 50/50, with a more noticeable throat hit and less vapour. It suits mouth-to-lung devices with higher-resistance coils.

Can I use high PG e-liquid in a sub-ohm tank?

We don't recommend it. Sub-ohm tanks are designed for thicker, high VG e-liquids, and a thin high PG liquid can leak or give harsh hits in them.

Are your high PG e-liquids TPD compliant?

Yes. Every bottle is a 10ml TPD-compliant e-liquid with child-resistant, tamper-evident packaging.

Can I mix flavours on the any 3 for £12 price?

Yes. Any three bottles from the iBreathe Premium range qualify, in any combination of flavours and strengths.
