Delivery Information

Bank Holiday Notice: We are closed Monday 25th May. Orders placed after 2:00pm on 22nd May will be dispatched when we reopen on Tuesday 26th May.

At iBreathe, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely using our trusted UK courier partners, Royal Mail & Evri.

UK Delivery

  • Courier: Royal Mail & Evri
  • Service: Standard Delivery & Tracked Delivery
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 working days
  • Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same working day.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel directly via the Royal Mail & Evri tracking portals.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.

Free delivery in the UK is available on orders of £40 or more.

Important Information

  • Operating hours are Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
  • We only dispatch orders during working hours before 2pm. If your order is placed after 2pm, during the weekend or a UK Bank Holiday, it will be dispatched upon our return the next working day.
  • If there are any unscheduled days where our dispatch centre is closed, we will communicate this clearly on our website homepage.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.
  • If you are not home, our couriers may leave your parcel in a safe place or attempt redelivery.

Age Verification

As we sell vaping products, you must be 18 years or over to purchase from iBreathe. Orders may be subject to age verification checks prior to dispatch.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an additional 24 hours before contacting us.
